Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective. As each rug is custom-made specifically for you based on your design and specifications, we cannot accept returns based on change of mind or design preferences.

In some cases, Tufthappy may accept exchanges for damaged or defective products. However, this will be determined on a case-by-case basis after a thorough quality assessment.

Shipping Costs for Returns

If a return is authorized, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

No Refunds Policy

Tufthappy does not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to changes of mind, order errors, personal dissatisfaction, or circumstances beyond our control. As each rug represents a custom creation made specifically to your requirements, we encourage careful consideration before finalizing your order.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are not permitted once an order has been placed. Please carefully review your design, specifications, and shipping information before confirming your purchase.
