How do I track my order?
Once your rug is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order status anytime through your Tufthappy account. Need help? Just reach out — we’re happy to check on it for you!
What are the manufacturing and shipping times?
Every rug is made by hand just for you! Production takes about 10–14 days, and delivery usually adds another 7–10 days, depending on your location. So most orders arrive within 3–4 weeks.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Whether you're in the US, Europe, the Middle East, or beyond — we’ll get your rug to your doorstep. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Can I upload my own design or artwork?
Yes! You can upload your own artwork, drawing, logo, or reference image during the customization process. Whether it’s a character, pet, or pattern — we’ll turn it into a tufted masterpiece.
What if I don’t have a design?

Can I choose the size and shape of my rug?
Yes, every rug is fully customizable in terms of size and shape. Whether you want a standard rectangle, a circle, or a freeform silhouette — we can make it happen.
How do I clean my TuftHappy rug?
For regular cleaning, gently vacuum your rug using a handheld or upholstery attachment — no rotating brushes needed. For spills or spots, blot (don’t rub!) with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking the rug completely.
Can I use my rug in high-traffic areas?
Absolutely. Our rugs are handcrafted with durability in mind. If your rug will be in a high-traffic zone like a hallway or entryway, we recommend choosing a low-pile finish for easier maintenance and longer-lasting texture.
Will the colors fade over time?
Nope! We use high-quality, non-toxic dyes that are designed to stay vibrant. Just avoid prolonged direct sunlight to keep your rug looking bold and fresh for years.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (for split payments). Choose what works best for you at checkout — it’s fast, secure, and easy.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes! We offer payment in 3 or 4 interest-free installments. You’ll see the option during checkout.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Because our rugs are made-to-order, cancellations or design changes must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production will begin and changes are no longer possible.

What is tufting and how is it done?
Tufting is the process of inserting yarn into a fabric base to create a rug design. At TuftHappy, all tufting is done by hand by our skilled artisans, giving each rug a custom, high-quality finish you won’t find in mass production.
